The park is open Wednesday through Friday from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Saturday from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. It is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Elk Park / Modesto Dog Park is a popular off-leash dog park. Users are responsible for their dog's behavior and safety. Dogs must be vaccinated and spayed or neutered, and users must clean up after their dogs.
