Oakhurst Dog Park is a community-focused dog park managed jointly by Decatur’s Parks Department and the Oakhurst Dog Park Committee. Dogs must be licensed and under voice control and leashes are required when entering/exiting.
Oakhurst Dog Park offers a secure fenced off-leash area with distinct dog-size zones, spacious running areas, natural shade and shelter, hydration stations, waste management, seating, parking, an outdoor-only environment, clear signage and rules, puppy-friendly zones, and accessibility features. It includes open fields, wooded trails, and pollinator gardens.
Oakhurst Dog Park dog park is open from 6 AM to 10 PM on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday. On Friday, it is open from 6 AM to 9 AM and again from 12 PM to 10 PM.
Mason Mill Dog Park
Mason Mill Dog Park is a public dog park. Dogs are permitted off-leash inside the dog park but must be leashed elsewhere in the park.
