Riding Meadow Park
Riding Meadow Park is an outdoor dog park. Leashes are required near roads/parking areas. Clean up after pets, respect wildlife and other visitors. Off-leash is allowed on trails, and permits are required for parking.
The dog park is a 24-acre park with off-leash trails, meadows, and creek access. It has no designated zones for small/large dogs, and includes uneven terrain and stream crossings. Natural trails have occasional mud and no lighting.

Bernard Dog Run
Bernard Dog Run is an off-leash dog park. Rules include leashes required outside designated zones and mandatory clean up after pets. Vaccinations are mandatory per city guidelines, and aggressive dogs are prohibited.
The park is a half-acre off-leash space with a fully fenced perimeter and separate sections for small and large dogs. It features a grassy area under the 40th Street Bridge. It is an outdoor-only space adjacent to the Three Rivers Heritage Trail, with trailside access via paved paths.
Bernard Dog Run dog park is open every day from 6 AM to 9 PM.
The Dog Penn
The Dog Penn is an off-leash dog park, and Pittsburgh's first dog bar. It is currently a 21 and over facility, but hopes to implement Family Days/times soon. All dogs must be registered and have current vaccination records uploaded upon entry. Dogs over one year old must be spayed/neutered.
The Dog Penn offers a fully off-leash environment with indoor and outdoor spaces. The outdoor area has 2,350 square feet of turfed space, and the indoor area has 2,600 square feet of turfed space. The outdoor area includes Adirondack chairs, heaters, and a double fence.
The Dog Penn is open Monday from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Wednesday through Saturday from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and Sunday from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM. It is closed on Tuesdays.
Dog Park at Hartwood Acres Park
The Dog Park at South Park is an outdoor dog park. Allegheny County provides regulations for licensing, vaccinations, leashes, and owner responsibility.
The Dog Park at South Park is a fenced, off-leash area. It is located within South Park, which spans over 2,013 acres.
The park is open daily from dawn to midnight.
Frick Park Off Leash Exercise Area
Frick Park Off Leash Exercise Area is an off-leash dog park. Dogs must be kept on leashes until fully inside the fenced area.

The Dog Park at Riverview Park is an off-leash dog park. Dogs must be licensed and vaccinated, and owners must maintain control of their dogs and remove all waste. Dogs must be leashed to and from the park access points.
The dog park is a dedicated outdoor park located on a steep hill with no level ground. Amenities include a fenced-in off-leash exercise area (OLEA). It is located adjacent to the Allegheny Observatory parking lot.
The park is open every day from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
Southside Works Dog Park
